Subject: Apparent MSVC 2008 build errors

 

After building 4.5-rc1 with Microsoft Visual Studio C++ Express Edition I
receive error when launching Assistant that states that it could not load
sql-lite.

I also receive errors when trying to load the demo applications that it
cannot find the demo - the main demo page displays but cannot launch an
individual demo.  The main page cannot display a description of each demo.
