[Qt4-preview-feedback] QtDesigner crashes on launch on Vista

I'm running rc1 for VC2005 on Vista Business, SP1, which is running in a
VmWare VM.

When I launch Designer it crashes immediately.  The problem details on the
crash alert dialog indicates that the fault occurs in phonon_ds94.dll

I'm just starting to explore the release, but other programs seem to be OK.
I'm able to build the example apps in VC2005 no problem.  I'm even able to
invoke the designer from within VC2005.

Known issue?  Any workarounds?  Any other relevant details I could report?
