Bugs are first proceeded by one of our support engineer.  He will try to 
reproduce it and gather all the information required. Then he will creates a 
task in our developer bug tracker.

You should receive an email from support when your will be processed.

I can confirm your task is still in the queue.

(Our support team handle around 100-150 messages a day)
