[QtonPi] Proposal: Create Group on qt-project.org with Wiki and Forum.

http://wiki.qt-project.org will be deprecated at some point, so that 
makes sense.

Beign group owner doesn't really give you much extra permissions, right?

What I'm missing in this proposal is a plan for this mailing list, and 
how it related to the future forum. Any ideas?
