[QtonPi] Proposal: Create Group on qt-project.org with Wiki and Forum.

Hi,
I sent a request for QtonPi group at Qt Dev Network yesterday. I will
request immediately a wiki and a forum for the group if Qt Dev Network
team approve my request.

Yes. At the moment I am owner of Qt Bulgaria group. The main extra
permissions that I have are to manage forum threads and the ability to
promote other members to owners.
