It it's bigger then an envelope it often takes them a month to deliver 
to Europe.
It is like they outsource delivery to a cheap service that waits until 
they have a ship full of packages before crossing the North sea, or 
something like that...

Don't worry, that means it is likely to arrive after all, just take a while.
