[QtonPi] Build script based on the Beginners Guide

Hi Guys,

Here's the first iteration of my script to set up the build environment 
and the Pi image as per the beginners guide. It's still a work in 
progress, and in testing, but if anyone wants to give it a whirl, 
comment on it, or improve it, go ahead!

By default it uses the same paths as the tutorial, but those can be 
changed in the variables at the top of the script. Currently, configure 
uses -nomake examples, -nomake tests, and -no-pch (until the bug with 
that is fixed).

It will ask you if you want to use torrents or http to download the 
image (and later I'll look into giving the option of backgrounding the 
ctorrent application to allow it to seed while you compile).
