[QtonPi] Step-by-step guide to building Qt 5 for the raspberry pi

Since the current wiki page is a bit confusing, and people are asking
both on #qt-onpi on Freenode and on the mailing list, I created a
step-by-step guide for how to get Qt 5 built and running on the
raspberry pi.

If there are any errors, please let me know. I followed the instructions
myself on a fresh wheezy image and got samegame (a QML 2 example)
running on the raspberry pi.
