[QtonPi] Step-by-step guide to building Qt 5 for the raspberry pi

We all appreciate your initiative. I would like to point out that we have
another similar page: http://qt-project.org/wiki/RaspberryPi_Beginners_guide
Maybe someone can combine the two and make it even better.
