[QtonPi] install zypper package failed when I install Cross-build tools of qtonpi in fedora 16

My system environment is fedora 16, meanwhile I changed line 28 in
setupDeveloper.sh
*from *"FRELEASEVER=" --releasever 14" " *to *" FRELEASEVER=" --releasever
16"
However failed in line 132   rpm -q $i || (echo YUMMING $i; sudo yum -y
install $i)

zypper cross-rpm-config  can not install

can anyone give me some advise
