[QtonPi] Bakeqtpi.bash script

It looks like I'm at an impasse with the script and so will move to 
manually trying each step and addressing each command that won't work. I 
was able to get close doing that before but reached a point where I 
couldn't move further and so thought I'd step back to the script.
