[QtonPi] Bakeqtpi.bash script

Mark,
I am having similar issues ( Ubuntu 12 32bit, VMWare on a Windows 7 Host)
running the script with --confclean resolves the 'File truncated' error,
however I am still getting "Virtual Memory Exhausted' Errors
My host has 6GBRAM and I have allocated the Virtual machine 5GB
