[Qtwebengine] Enabling proprietary audio and video codecs on MSVC build

Hi,

I want to build qtwebengine with H.264 support, documentations says that I
need to pass an option to qmake:
> qmake WEBENGINE_CONFIG += use_proprietary_codecs

But I don't use qmake to build Qt on win32-msvc2013, I use nmake. Should I
edit some configuration file or is there another way?
