[Releasing] Issues to fix for Qt 5 beta

Hi,

noticed that during the weekend no new installers were available here: 
http://origin.releases.qt-project.org/digia/
We cloned the 5.0.0 beta release build job in CI to get another set of 
builds with webkit (original was without webkit)
but this build configuration change seems to have caused issues in our CI.

This is currenty reverted and webkit is now enabled by default.
We also identified possible cause in build options for failing webkit builds
(which also indirectly causes missing Assistant binary on Mac).

New installers should be ready around 11:00 - 13:00 finnish time.
