[Releasing] Qt5 Beta Linux Build error

Hi ,

I have taken the latest Qt5 Beta snapshots from http://releases.qt-project.org/qt5.0/beta-snapshots/latest

The Qt5 build is successful.

But on building the example applications in Qt3D or any sample application, am getting the attached errors
in Qtcreator.

It throws Build error "Path not found or permissions denied"
