[Releasing] SDKMaintenanceTool in Qt-5.0-beta-offline-linux-x86_64-ubuntu1110

Hello,

Here is few issues with SDKMaintenanceTool:

1)

a) Install beta binary (from 
http://releases.qt-project.org/qt5.0/beta-snapshots/latest/), in the 
component selection window deselect 'Qt sources'.
b) After installation has completed run ./SDKMaintenanceTool
     - Select 'Update components', press 'next', observe error message: 
"Invalid repository URL: http:/qt5repository/linux/x32/online_qt5sdk_repo"
     - Select 'Package Manager', press 'next', observe - there is no 
option to install Qt sources.

2) Installer framework hand on Ubuntu 12.04 (64 bit):

a) https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-25994
