We're past the 72 hours of the package announcement, so it's the RM's 
discretion whether we want to recreate the packages. Also note that there are 
22 changes past 1e0021d8d9e374ae3959fcd4eac5d9e7238cbc54 already.

PS: we're missing the tarballs.
