Failed on Windows due to incomplete build. A bug in the dependency 
algorithm in the build script made it so the top-most dependent module 
was not built.

fixes that problem, and also disables 'make install' for OSX for the 
alpha, as that was also reported as a problem.

After applying the above patch, Windows compiles successfully for me 
with MSVC 2010, and I can run Designer without a problem. However, fonts 
look terrible.
