[Releasing] New alpha package available for testing

Oops.

After adding -developer-build, the tests are build and I get the following 
error:

/tmp/qt-everywhere-opensource-
src-5.0.0/qtscript/tests/auto/qscriptcontext/tst_qscriptcontext.cpp:934: 
undefined reference to `qt_script_isJITEnabled()'

We spent so much effort in disabling tests by default only to require people to 
use the option that re-enables them...

Reconfiguring now with -nomake tests.
