[Releasing] New alpha package available for testing

After rebuilding with that, I get:

/tmp/qt-everywhere-opensource-
src-5.0.0/qtsystems/tests/auto/serviceframework/qservicemanager_ipc/service/main.cpp:512: 
undefined reference to `InstanceManager::instance()'

That is, even with -nomake tests, qtsystems built the tests and failed.
