I just downloaded 
http://origin.releases.qt-project.org/digia/4.8.4_RC/qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.4-RC.zip 
today and I found the following things:

- .LICENSE-* files contain Nokia information
- INSTALL contains Nokia information and invalid links
- LGPL_EXCEPTION.txt contains Nokia information
- LICENSE.GPL3 contains Nokia information
- README contains Nokia information and invalid links
- .tag file contains invalid sha1s
