[Releasing] [Development] Qt 4.8.4 release candidates are available

Hi,

it would be good if 4.8.4 got the fix for https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-27322
which makes e.g. KDevelop and Qt Creator crash at startup.
