Please be informed and warned that current 4.8 branch has https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-27140
which makes Qt Creator unusable because of constant crashes, when compiled with that version of 4.8.

Most probably introduced by 49fbb6e14af78f751fa114c3cf986aaa607d7408, which was picked into 4.8 on September 1st. Eskil is currently investigating, possibly reverting the offending commit.
