[Releasing] Qt5 SDK component install tree

Hi Eike,

It wasn't lost :), but there will probably other tools also, so we thought that it's more logical to have all the tools under one component (the 'Tools') than have all of them in main level. Is that ok with you?

I'd still prefer Qt Creator top-level, if that somehow got lost in the discussions :)
Otherwise we have no "entry point".
