The installer GUI looks fine to me, but I'm confused about the file system hierarchy.
You write that there'll be

Qt\5.0.0-beta2\win32-msvc2010\

so, I suppose if there's an additional Qt version (say 5.0.0-rc1), there will be e.g.

Qt\5.0.0-rc1\win32-msvc2010\

as well? Then IMO it doesn't make sense that you put the Tools into the 5.0.0-beta2 subdirectory, since the Tools are independent from the Qt version. I.e. it should be
Qt\Tools\
Qt\Tools\Qt Creator\
Qt\Tools\Qt Creator\Desktop
Qt\Tools\Qt Creator\src
Qt\Tools\Qt Creator\doc

and
Qt\Qt Creator.app
Qt\Tools\Qt Creator\src
Qt\Tools\Qt Creator\doc

on Mac.
