[Releasing] Qt release manager

Hi,

Thanks for all the help with releasing Qt 5.

Now that Qt 5.0.0 is out, I'm stepping down from the release manager role.

Akseli Salovaara will take over my responsibilities in Digia, and assemble a team to drive the upcoming releases of Qt 5.0.1.
