[Releasing] Change 45870 in qtmultimedia

Hi,

please make sure https://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,45870 goes into 5.0.1. It's a minor BC breakage, that we decided to take now rather then having problems later. It shouldn't really matter for user code, as the breakage is in the backend API, and all existing backends are currently compiled together with the rest of the multimedia module.
