-1 for the Qt Creator part

Patches go into Qt Creator 3.0 branch in a controlled way after RC. The moment the RC is released, the 3.0 branch of Qt Creator is similar to the release branch in Qt5. So packages should be built from the top commit in the 3.0 branch at the time the packages are built.
