Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 3rd January 2017

Qt 5.8.0 status:
- Qt 5.8.0 rc under testing. Bugs reported but nothing really alarming
   * Some new blockers in blocker list, see https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=18160
      ** Most of those we have a fix already available, hoping we could get fixes for remaining ones during this week
- Target to get new rc snapshot for testing at the beginning of next week
- Target schedule: Final 17th January, see https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_5.8_Release
