[Releasing] Qt 5.9 beta4 available

Hi all,

Qt 5.9 beta4 is now available. Instructions how to get the release are here: https://wiki.qt.io/How_to_get_snapshot_via_online_installer. Diff to beta3 can be found as an attachment.

Please test the release and report your effort via https://wiki.qt.io/Qt59_release_testing.

Beta4 should be last beta release & rc should be out quite soon. Original target was 17th May but currently we are targeting to get Qt 5.9.0 rc out at the beginning of next week.
