[Releasing] HEADS-UP: Branching '5.10.0' from '5.10' started

Hi all,

We have soft branched '5.10.0' from '5.10'. Please start using '5.10.0' for new changes targeted to Qt 5.10.0 release. Final downmerge from '5.10' to '5.10.0' will happen Monday 13th November so there should be enough time to finalize ongoing changes in '5.10' and start using '5.10.0' for new ones.



We are targeting to release Qt 5.10.0 rc immediately after branching is finalized (rc target 16th November) so please make sure all blockers are fixed immediately. Qt 5.10.0 blocker list here: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=18957



We (release team) will start creating initial change files for Qt 5.10.0 now. So Maintainers: Please finalize those initial ones immediately when available.
