Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 15th January 2019

Qt 5.12.1 status:
- Branching from '5.12' to '5.12.1' done
- Changes file creation still ongoing, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/q/message:%22Add+changes+file+for+Qt+5.12.1%22,n,z
- First snapshot created & also publicly available via online installer
   * Unfortunately snapshot seems to be quite badly broken, see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-72903
      ** Fixing ongoing. Hoping we can get the fix in during this week
- Target is to get the release out during next week. It will be tight but let's try
   * Release blocker list here: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=20430

Qt 5.13 status:
- Creating first snapshot ongoing, target is to get it out as soon as possible
- Soft branching from 'dev' to '5.13' will start at the end of next week (25.1.2019)
- Target is to get Feature Freeze in effect 1.2.2019
   * All new modules must be in qt5.git before soft branching starts
   * qtbase#dev has been blocked a while but should be now fixed, see QTQAINFRA-2555
