Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 22nd January 2019

Qt 5.12.1 status:
- All changes files finally in
- Fix proposal for QTBUG-72903 finally available and testing started
   --> All known release blockers should be finally fixed, see https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=20430
- Qt5.git integration also finally succeed in '5.12.1' 
- Target is to create "rc" packages based on latest qt5.git & test those during this week. And put the release out during next week if packages are good enough for the release

Qt 5.13 status:
- Branching from 'dev' to '5.13' will start this Fri (25.1.2019)
   * Please note that all new submodules needs to be in qt5.git before that
- Final Branching and Qt 5.13 Feature freeze will happen 1.2.2019
- First snapshot created & target is to publish it soon
   * RTA for that snapshot will be run first, not started yet
