Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 26th November 2019

Qt 5.14.0:
- Branching from '5.14' to '5.14.0' ready
- Creating changes files ongoing, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/q/message:%2522Add+changes+file+for+Qt+5.14.0%2522+status:open
- Most of issues in blocker list should have a fix proposal in place (see https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=21539); we just need to get those in asap!
- Target is to get RC out during this week & release Qt 5.14.0 final at week 50

Qt 5.9.0:
- First snapshot created and testing ongoing. 
   * Plan is to publish that later this week
- Changes files to be created
   * Plan is to create Initial ones later this week
- Release target: December, after 5.14.0 release

[17:05:10] <jaheikki3> Please finalize ongoing ones as soon as possible. We don't block RC because of misisng changes file but would be good to have most of those in there
