Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 24th September 2019

Qt 5.14.0:
- Alpha content is finally in place
   * Will be based on https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/274175
- Package creation ongoing.  Testing started and If no new surprises found we will release these packages as Qt 5.14.0 Alpha (most probably tomorrow)
- API review still ongoing, see https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-77839
   * API review deadline Fri 4th October EOB

Qt 5.13.2 plan:
- Branching from '5.13' to '5.13.2' will start at the end of week 40
- Target is to get the release out during week 42
