[Releasing] HEADS-UP: Branching from '5.15' to '5.15.1' done

Hi Everyone,

We have branched '5.15.1' from '5.15' today. So from now on all changes targeted to Qt 5.15.1 release must be cherry-picked in '5.15.1' and '5.15' is for Qt 5.15.2 release.

Staging in '5.15.1' is restricted to release team only. We will monitor changes in '5.15.1' and stage in those which clearly belongs to Qt 5.15.1 release. 

And note, no soft branching anymore; we are in cherry-pick mode so soft branching isn't needed at all. It means there won't me any (down)merges from '5.15' to '5.15.1' (or vice versa)
