Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 19th January 2021

Qt 6.0.1 status:
- Release delayed due to new blockers found during snapshot testing
   * Current blocker list here: https://bugreports.qt.io/issues/?filter=22766
- Target is to get the release out later this week

Qt 6.1.0 status:
- First snapshot internally created and testing ongoing
   * If it is working well enough we will publish it later this week
- Reminder: Feature Freeze will be in effect at the end of January
   * Please start updating new features in https://wiki.qt.io/New_Features_in_Qt_6.1

[17:06:58] <jaheikki3> Target is to close those as soon as possible, create new set of packages & get the release out later this week

[17:15:53] <jaheikki3> If I recall correctly the consens was that we need to do that but not necessarily before feature freeze
[17:16:33] <jaheikki3> Feature freeze will be in effect at the end of January so not that much time to finalize new feature develompent
