Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 12th October 2021

Qt 6.2 status:
- Qt 6.2.1 preparations started
   * First snapshot created & RTA ongoing. Target is to make it publicly available later this week
   * Branching from '6.2' to '6.2.1' will be done Wed 13th October
   * Target is to release Qt 6.2.1 21st October
