Qt 6.11 status

  *
Qt 6.11.3 preparations will be started soon
     *
The target is to branch 6.11.3 from 6.11 Thu 10th September
     *
The target is to release Qt 6.11.3 Thu 24th September
        *
Qt 6.11.3 will be the last release from Qt 6.11 series

Qt 6.12 status

  *
Beta4 is is released
  *
API review is in practice done, final changes are integrating
  *
Branching from '6.12' to '6.12.0' delayed, the target is to do the branching Wed 9th September
  *
The target is to release Qt 6.12.0 RC as soon as all RC blockers are fixed
     *

     *
If we can fix remaining RC blockers by the end of this week, we could release RC Wed 14th September
  *
The target is to release Qt 6.12.0 final Wed 30th September

6.13 initial schedule

  *
Proposal sent to ML (https://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2026-September/047447.html), no comments or objections. So, Qt 6.13 initial schedule will be:
     *
Platform and Module freeze: 20.11.2026
     *
Feature freeze: 04.12.2026
     *
Beta 1: 18.12.2026
     *
RC: 26.02.2027
     *
Final: 17.03.2027
