[Development] Qt5 qtwebkit packaging

Hi Zoltan,

I think the guys from Snowshoe might be able to help you with packaging.
CC'ing Lauro, who is packaging QtWebkit trunk and Qt5 weekly for the N9 
(Harmattan).
