[Development] Qt5-cross-qmake for harmattan?

What we did with the KDE stack is to use the system's binaries (i.e.:
kconfig_compiler and so forth). I am unsure, if this is the prettiest
solution, but worked quite nice for the KDE applications. Perhaps you
can have a qt5 build and use qmake from there ?
