Sorry, I was wrong. The hard coded url is also clickable. See an example
here:
https://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,33148

Then it is not needed if we would not like to find tune reference between
changes with only mentioning a keyword and change ID instead of an url. I
am happy with that I can just click to see. :-)
