Understood. I consider this point valid. For those people we can provide 
an all-in-one pre-syncqt-ed source package.

I wanted to show that it would be relatively easy to get rid of the 
ActiveState Perl dependency and use msysgit's Perl instead. But if the 
target audience doesn't have git installed at all, then the effort isn't 
worth it.
