What would be a proper reason to have dedicated group or a forum?
I will be delighted to be a moderator, if you would see me fit.

I do not see a problem in Qt community and as long as those who will
manage KDE would be like Mr. Diego Iastrubni there would not be any.

There are problems in Hebrew FLOSS in general and especially GTK+.
A group or another forum section at Qt would be proper in order to join
more Hebrew speaking people into Qt and to FLOSS in general.

Currently, I do not find it necessary to make actual references to
people who are jobless, troll, and who are engaging in software
translation (and incidentally corrupting credits and depressing others
from participating) merely to find their way to manifest themselves.

If you want to get references, please ask me directly.

So I did at Wed, 2 Jan 2013 09:50:33 +0100. I have not received a
respond, yet.

I have no doubt that Diego Iastrubni would agree when a group is
created.

Will do.

I have took this into my attention.

Thank you.
