[Development] Old platform-specific functions

Hello,

I was doing some doc cleaning when I found this page:
http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5.1/qtdoc/exportedfunctions.html

Most of the functions are long gone, so I'll remove them. I'm not sure
what to do with 3 of them though:

* qt_set_sequence_auto_mnemonic() is marked Q_GUI_EXPORT (qkeysequence.cpp)
* qt_mac_secure_keyboard() is marked Q_GUI_EXPORT (qcocoakeymapper.mm)
* qt_mac_set_dock_menu() is marked QT_DEPRECATED, but not exported

Should they still be documented? If so, where?
