[Development] Introduction

Hi,
I am Parth , and I am looking forward to contribute to this
organisation and be part of Gsoc18. I am bit experienced with c/c++ ,
Qt , Opengl , etc. I have read the Idea page of Gsoc and I was
interested in 3d Map Item project . Can someone suggest me how to get
started with this project or contribute to issues/bug reports to get
understanding with the code base.
