[Development] Small CI update

Hi

Now as no-one is building anything, I'll perform a slight update on our infra. I'll switch over openNebula to another instance where we define hardware a bit differently. This means I'll have to move over the hosts from ONE to another and while they are being moved, the performance is reduced. All should be ok by tomorrow morning.
