[Development] Problems building 6.11.0 on windows

Im trying to build from source.

Windows 11, Visual Studio 2026 (same issues 2022)

I run a clean cmd shell and reset the path to make sure Im picking up the correct dependencies.

It took me a while, but I think I finally have the standalone shell setup correctly with all the correct dependencies and env variables.

However, configure still reports "WARNING: Qt WebEngine And Qt Pdf SBOM generation will be skipped due to missing dependencies."

However nothing is listed below.  I have attached the config.summary.

Any help would be appreciated
