This also assumes that your artists are fine with the QtSvg rendering. 
Depending on your artists and where else the same .svg files are used, that's 
not possible.

If you have the artist developing these .svg files specifically for your 
application, then what she sees in the drawing tool is irrelevant. It's the 
QtSvg rendering that matters, so the artist will tweak the .svg file to produce 
the wanted result.

If you are taking .svg files from elsewhere or if you're using QtSvg and 
another renderer, then you will notice how QtSvg fails to show the same thing.
