[Interest] Is Qt Library for OS X frameworks only?

I see, thanks! I assumed they were alternatives.

Loosely related, is there going to be a vs2012 release any time soon?
I'm stuck with 2010 anyway for independent reasons but I'd like to
give 2012 a go nonetheless.
